After having picked more than 1,400 pounds of Apricots at our good friends' house, we looked upon the fruits of our labors and immediately Janie Hawley spotted these sun kissed apricots in this bowl of hers. She exclaimed at the beauty of these particular apricots and then declared "that would make a great painting!" She turned to me and asked, "If I had you take this home, could you paint this?"A little over a week later I went up to their house again with this finished painting and named it most appropriately, "Memories of the Harvest".
