Hello everybody and welcome to Kamron's blog! In case you were wondering, I named my blog "Gyrfalcon" for a couple of reasons: I like gyrfalcons and because I think the name just sounds so cool. Also, because that is my code name at our local Laser Tag place.

I just wanted start with a post of a really great picture of a gyrfalcon for my blog because people are always asking me what the heck a gyrfalcon is. Gyrfalcons are large falcons whose plumage ranges in color from medium or dark brown to a silver or white. I personally like the lighter silvery individuals.
